African-American, Asian-American, Latino and Indigenous students can apply for a media fellowship.

The Emma Bowen Foundation offers a fellowship to give students of color the opportunity to succeed in the media industry.

Fellows are placed in multiyear paid internships at some of the nation’s leading companies nationwide. The majority of fellows work in New York, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Miami or the San Francisco Bay Area.

Candidates must be graduating high school seniors or college students, have a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.0, be U.S. citizens or permanent residents, and speak and write English fluently.

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
