The Columbia Climate School is hosting a virtual event, "Building Resilient Food Systems," on Sept. 30, to discuss the complexities of food system resilience and how policy, innovation and global collaboration can protect and enhance food security.
The online discussion will feature two panelists, Jessica Fanzo and Michael Puma, who are Columbia Climate School's Professor of Climate and Director of the Food for Humanity Initiative, and Senior Research Scientist and Director of the Center for Climate Systems Research, respectively. It will be moderated by Jeffrey Shaman, Professor of Environmental Health Sciences and of Climate.
