The Copernicus Marine Service, under the Copernicus Program of the European Union, is organizing a two-day online workshop "Marine Data 4 Asia" on Jan. 25-26 to raise user uptake and awareness in Asian countries.
The workshop will share applications of the Copernicus Marine Service products in ecosystem monitoring studies and discuss the main marine and coastal challenges impacting the continent. The second day will feature live demonstrations of the use of the data using Jupyter Notebooks, the My Ocean Viewer Pro and QGIS software.
Participants will learn about the open-source data and information provided by the Copernicus Marine Service, how to access it, and how it serves marine sectors in Asian regions.
