Media outlets, universities and journalism institutions focusing on coastal resilience reporting can apply for grants.
Earth Journalism Network (EJN), with support from the Kingfisher Foundation, is offering the Coastal Resilience Media Grants to assist with reporting and media development activities on coastal resilience topics.
Selected organizations will receive support to expand media coverage of coastal resilience in regional languages, conduct training for journalists through workshops or webinar series, delve into specific issues through enterprise or investigative stories, develop online courses or other resources for journalists and media professionals and other potential activities.
At least three organizations will receive up to US$10,000 in funding.
Applications must be in English, Spanish or French.
The deadline is May 2.
