Media, nonprofit, educational organizations, and entrepreneurs from Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan can apply for funding on media and information, and digital literacy projects.
The Internews in Central Asia is organizing an online webinar MediaCAMP Eduthon on media literacy Dec.19 to 23, 2022. The webinar will be held in Russian with simultaneous translation into Kazakh, Tajik and Uzbek languages.
Potential projects topics include: creating content to promote media literacy; theatrical and performative productions that promote the principles of media literacy. Applicants from Tajikistan can receive support for media literacy projects for migrants.
The authors of best projects will receive financial support, assistance in their development and implementation, and will be invited to MediaCAMP Eduthon. Participation in the webinar is mandatory for those who will be selected.
The deadline to apply is Dec. 4.
