Local news outlets in Brazil can apply for this program.

The Brazilian Association of Investigative Journalism (Abraji) is accepting applications for the second round of the Caravana Project. The program provides local news outlets with investigative journalism workshops and financial support. Through in-person and remote activities, local outlets will work on pressing climate issues.

Eligible outlets must be established among their communities and report on climate issues affecting their region of coverage.

Four newsrooms will be selected.

The application deadline is April 1.
