Journalists, whether French or foreign, who can fully commit to a residency project and hold a professional journalism status recognized by their peers, are encouraged to apply.
In partnership with the Direction régionale des affaires culturelles (DRAC) des Hauts-de-France et le Département du Nord, and in coordination with the Urban Policy Department of Feignies Town Council, the Communauté d'agglomération de Maubeuge-Val de Sambre is offering a residency from April 28 to July 18, 2025.
The residency aims to educate residents of the Quartiers Politique de la Ville (QPV) about media, information and freedom of expression.
The application deadline is Dec. 29.
