Representatives of civil society organizations (CSOs) and media outlets can apply for this free program.
The EU-funded project "Budgets for Citizens" announces the second stream of the educational program, aimed at developing skills of CSOs and media organizations, which will help them gain a deeper understanding of budgetary processes.
The program will start in December and last four to five months; it includes online and face-to-face training and a mentorship program. Successful participants will be eligible to apply for sub-grants.
The deadline is Nov. 30.
