Early-career journalists interested in business journalism can apply for a fellowship.

The Reynolds Center for Business Journalism at Arizona State University’s Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication is offering the James B. Steele Fellowship in Investigative Business Journalism. The program was created to nurture a new generation of business journalists and provide them with the sophisticated investigative skills and business savvy they need to protect and inform their readers.

In one year, fellows will complete a master’s degree, work with expert editors on investigative projects and intern at a major U.S. or international media organization.

Fellows will receive tuition, a stipend and health insurance.

The deadline is Jan. 1, 2025.
