The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) and the International Federation of Journalists (IFJ) have launched a survey on the safety of environmental journalists.
The study will assess the state of the safety of journalists reporting on the environment globally and how effective are the measures currently in place to address the issue.
The survey is available in English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Russian, Arab and Chinese.
The results will be presented during World Press Freedom Day, which will be celebrated on May 3, in Santiago, Chile.
Answers can be submitted until March 28.
