Professional journalists are invited to apply.

The Prix Roberval, an international competition organized annually by Compiègne University of Technology and its partners, is open to all French-speaking countries. Its primary objective is to foster the development and dissemination of technological culture in the French language.

The competition invites submissions in five categories: General Public, Higher Education, Youth, Television, and Scientific and Technical Journalism, with each category offering a prize of EUR2,000 (US$2,166).

The "Scientific and Technical Journalism" category accepts non-institutional productions created by professional journalists for the general public across various media platforms (excluding television, which falls under a separate category).

Participation in the Prize is restricted to original French-language productions that have been completed and broadcast. Eligible works must have been presented, printed, or published online in French since Jan. 1, 2023. Scripts, synopses, and screenplays will not be considered. Each journalist is limited to submitting one work per year.

The deadline for submissions is April 29.
