The International Center for Journalists (ICFJ) is hiring a consultant for a fundraising position to support the Arthur F. Burns Fellowship.
The consultant will engage with ICFJ HQ program staff, project partners and participating journalists to identify, research, prioritize and solicit potential donors. Responsibilities also include preparing necessary proposals, solicitations, grant reports and other correspondence.
In addition, the consultant will assist administrators and the Arthur F. Burns Fellowship Board of Trustees with board development and with the result of a long-term funding plan for the fellowship program.
The consultant must be willing to travel within the United States for fundraising and programmatic events, as determined by the project’s requirements.
