The International Press Institute’s (IPI) Local News and Innovation Network is hosting a virtual newsroom visit to Alharaca, an independent publication based in El Salvador. The publication focuses on feminism, equality, and social justice, and takes an experimental approach to news formats and storytelling.
During the newsroom visit, Alharaca’s team will provide valuable insights into their operations within a media landscape where independent journalists face increasing pressure.
The visit will take place on Dec. 12 via Zoom.
