Ukrainian journalists, including freelancers and displaced journalists, can apply for grants.
The International Press Institute (IPI) is offering support for journalists to carry out short-term visits in Europe.
The grants support urgent editorial relocations; research trips, study trips, or creative retreats aimed at developing journalistic content; attendance of professional conferences, summits, summer schools, and workshops; or short-term exchange visits to European media.
The average amount of support is between US$500 and US$2,500. Amounts requested outside this range will be considered on an individual basis.
Grant activities can be carried out until Dec. 1, 2023.
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
