Early-career journalists and recent graduates from colleges and universities in the United States are eligible for a fellowship.

The National Association of Black Journalists (NABJ), in partnership with Apple News, is organizing the NABJ-Apple News Fellowship. The program gives an early-career journalist the opportunity to work at the forefront of news and technology.

The program is designed to give exposure to the various Apple News editorial areas. After doing a rotation across several key teams, the selected candidate and mentors from Apple News will choose a single focus area for the remainder of the nine-month program.

The fellowship runs from August 2024 to May 2025.

The selected fellow is expected to work full-time and will be paid US$42 per hour.

The deadline is May 17.
