Yale offers Public Voices Fellowship on Climate Crisis [US]

Journalists and writers are eligible for this yearlong fellowship.

Yale Program on Climate Change Communication is offering the 2022 Public Voices Fellowship on the Climate Crisis. The program is designed to accelerate the ideas and impact of 20 new and necessary thought leaders working at the intersection of climate change, environmental communication and social justice.

Fellows will receive extraordinary support, skills and mentoring to ensure their ideas shape the greater public conversation.

The program includes workshops and one-on-one coaching by leading journalists and editors.

All participants will publish at least two written pieces, or prepare and present publicly other forms of thought leadership (TED-style talk; podcast; etc.) during their fellowship.

The program begins with a virtual session on May 11.

The application deadline is Feb. 14.
