Mentorship and funding program accepting applications [Brazil]

Journalists and journalism students can apply for this program.

The International Center for Journalists' Accelerating the Digital Transformation, in partnership with the Brazilian Association of Investigative Journalism (Abraji) and the Meta Journalism Project, is offering up to US$2,500 in funding and mentorship with industry experts and journalists.

Eligible candidates must be staff writers, current or previous contributors to one of the local news organizations listed in the Brazil News Atlas. Journalists who have finished one of the past three training sessions on local journalism provided by Abraji will be given preference.

The application deadline is Feb. 4.
