Emerging documentary filmmakers around the world can apply for a US$25,000 grant.
The International Documentary Association (IDA) + XRM Media Incubator is offering grants to filmmakers working on short character-driven vérité documentaries. The Incubator is a fund and mentorship program, providing production and post-production grants to filmmakers.
Eligible documentaries must be completed by November 2022.
The finished documentary must be 40 minutes or less and either in the production or post-production phase.
A proposal is required.
Three filmmakers will be awarded with a US$25,000 grant.
The deadline is Aug. 2.
