Journalists based in the Brazilian Amazon can attend these free workshops.
Amazônia Vox and *desinformante are hosting a free online workshop series focused on environmental disinformation, AI and elections. The training is going to prepare journalists living in the Brazilian Amazon who will be covering the local elections later this year.
Pre-registration is required. Journalists can register in any or all of the three workshops: environmental disinformation and elections (Aug.12), AI: challenges and opportunities (Aug. 13), and fact-checking (Aug. 15).
The registration deadline is Aug. 5.
