Wilson Center seeks fellow [Venezuela]

Citizens of Venezuela residing in Venezuela, with an undergraduate or graduate degree and a minimum of five years of relevant work experience can apply for a fellowship in Washington.

The Wilson Center has launched the Abraham F. Lowenthal Public Policy Fellowship.

Fellows will carry out original, policy-relevant research and have an opportunity to interact with a broad range of individuals and institutions in the Washington policy community. The fellowship will begin April 2019 and last three to four months

The selected candidates will focus on critical aspects of Venezuela's politics, political economy or international relations, including the refugee crisis that is having a profound impact on Venezuela’s neighbors.

The program will provide an office and a monthly stipend.

The deadline to apply is Dec. 31.
