Journalists interested in the future of COVID-19 can participate in a free webinar.
The National Press Foundation (NPF) is hosting the webinar COVID and Flu Vaccine Updates Explained. The webinar will explore the basics of virology as well as the latest CDC Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) recommendations for the latest COVID-19 vaccine.
In addition, this webinar will help journalists and their audiences better understand the future of COVID-19 in a “post-pandemic” world. Journalists will be able to explain to the public the timing, availability and need for an updated vaccine ahead of the 2024-2025 respiratory illness season.
