In the lead-up to the FIFA World Cup, the Global Investigative Journalism Network (GIJN) is hosting the webinar “Investigating the World Cup,” that will bring together experts in digging into soccer’s questionable practices.
Panelists are Brazilian journalist Jamil Chade, British journalist Dan Conn and Australian writer Bonita Mersiades.
They will address how to conduct investigations on sports organizations, how to follow the money invested in soccer and the main topics to watch for in the World Cup this year.
The webinar will be held on July 21.
