Voice of America (VOA) is hiring a broadcast maintenance technician (multimedia) for the Broadcast Maintenance Service of its Technical Support Division. The Broadcast Maintenance Service is responsible for supporting and maintaining the technical infrastructure and all radio, TV, and digital broadcast equipment installed in the VOA's multimedia broadcast studios and operations facilities.
The broadcast maintenance technician will manage equipment installation and integration tasks in a technically complex and innovative multimedia broadcast environment.
Other responsibilities include testing, repairing and calibrating sophisticated cross-platform broadcast equipment to meet exacting U.S. and international broadcast.
The salary range is US$89,834 to US$138,868 per year.
