Brazilian Black journalists network Rede JP and the Human Resources Management and Development Institute launched an online database where black media professionals can register their CVs in a talent pool and search for job opportunities.
The website aims at encouraging companies to hire more Black professionals for communications positions and make the job search easier for Black candidates.
Registration is free of charge.
