Journalists from the Baltic countries can apply for a scholarship to participate in this program.
The Summer School on Investigative Reporting, organized by the Centre for Media Studies at SSE Riga, is scheduled for Aug. 18 to 21 in Riga, Latvia — the event may change depending on the pandemic in the region.
The program will explore skills needed for journalism investigations including identifying topics, finding and proving information, interviewing sources and producing content.
The early bird registration fee is EUR250, the regular fee is EUR350.
Participants from the Baltic countries are eligible for a scholarship provided by the Anne-Marie and Gustaf Ander Foundation, which includes the registration fee and accommodation.
The early bird deadline is June 4; the regular deadline is July 23.
