Journalists based in the New York City metro area can apply for a remote fellowship.
The Center for Community Media at the Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism is accepting applications for its Small Business Reporting Fellowship.
During the program, 15 fellows will cover small businesses in their communities and produce and publish/post, in an established community media outlet, three in-depth stories about the ongoing struggles facing owners and staff.
The fellowship will run Feb. 1 to May 15, 2023.
Fellows will receive a US$2,500 stipend.
The deadline is Jan. 17, 2023.
