Refugee and citizen scholars in Ethiopia, Kenya, South Sudan and Tanzania who are interested in pursuing a Master's degree can apply for a full scholarship to study in Germany.
The "Leadership in Africa" program from the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) aims to support the education of the continent's future leaders in nearly any field of study (with the exception of public health, medicine, veterinary medicine, dentistry, law, the arts or architecture). Selected applicants will receive as needed language training before starting their courses in October 2022.
All scholarship holders receive additional study in good governance, civil society and sustainable project management.
Apply by July 2.
