Environmental journalists in the United States can participate in a webinar on covering toxic air pollution.
ProPublica, in partnership with the Society of Environmental Journalists, is hosting the webinar “How Journalists can Report on Toxic Hot Spots.” The webinar will teach journalists how to investigate toxic air pollution in their communities by using ProPublica’s first-of-its-kind air toxics map and data.
In this hour-long webinar, ProPublica reporters will demonstrate how journalists can use the map to uncover air pollution problems, decipher what the data means and tell these stories locally.
The webinar will be held on Nov. 22.
Registration is ongoing.
