Belarusian independent media outlets, journalists, creators of visual, artistic, interdisciplinary media content, and non-Belarusian media outlets, that employ or contract Belarusian journalists and produce content on the situation in Belarus, can apply.
Nordic Council of Ministers Office in Lithuania announces the call for the Nordic Media Grants Program for Belarus (2024–2025), which aims to strengthen democracy and civil society in the country by supporting independent media and media arts.
The size of a grant can range from EUR5,000 to EUR30,000. The organizers will provide a total of EUR 300,000 in grants. The maximum duration of the granted project is 12 months.
The deadline is Feb. 25.
