Program focuses on violence against women in politics, media [Mexico, Kenya, Sri Lanka]

Women, women-identifying and non-binary journalists from Mexico, Kenya and Sri Lanka can apply.

The National Democratic Institute for International Affairs and the International Women's Media Foundation organize a program to train women in politics and the media in combating gender violence in these sectors.

The program includes a series of online workshops as well as bimonthly virtual meetings.

Participants will discuss violence against women in politics and the media, as well as develop strategies and campaigns to raise awareness and address the negative impact of violence on the political participation of women.

The deadline is Feb. 15.
