Photographers are invited to submit five to 10 images to this contest.
The World Photography Organisation and ZEISS lenses seek entries on the theme "Seeing beyond – discoveries" for the ZEISS Photography Award.
Photos can focus on a personal revelation, a scientific and technological breakthrough or an idea that has led to social change or that’s revolutionized everyday lives.
The competition is open to published and unpublished works. Photos must have been taken between Jan. 1, 2016 and Feb. 4, 2020.
The winner will receive ZEISS camera lenses, EUR3,000 (US$2,299) to cover travel costs for a photo project, travel to attend the Sony World Photography Awards night and the exhibition opening in London in April 2020 and more.
The deadline is Feb. 4, 2020.
