Journalists can attend a panel discussion on remote reporting.
To celebrate World Press Freedom Day, The National Press Club is hosting a panel on the topic “When Journalists Must Flee: Remote Reporting and Next Steps.”
Journalists who have been forced to flee their countries will convey their own personal stories of how they got out and got settled in a new location. They will share what circumstances lead them to leave and what the current climate is for journalists in their home country.
The panel will be held May 3 at the National Press Club in Washington.
Registration is ongoing.
