Publishers, programmers, web designers, media analysts, academics and journalists can apply for the 2021 Knight Visiting Nieman Fellowships.

The Nieman Foundation for Journalism at Harvard offers short-term virtual fellowships for research projects designed to advance racial justice and public health journalism in the U.S.

The fellowships can last up to 20 weeks, depending on the scope of the projects. Fellows will have access to the resources at Harvard, including its scholars, research centers and libraries.

Fellows receive a stipend of US$2,000 per week if not supported by an employer during the fellowship. Applicants for this fellowship must be approved for work in the U.S.

The deadline to apply is Sept. 25.
