Journalists based in the United States can participate in a four-day fellowship.
The National Press Foundation (NPF), with sponsorship from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, is offering its Local Business Journalism Fellowship to help journalists covering business in their communities.
The program may explore topics on business journalism techniques and best practices; tariffs and U.S. manufacturing/supply chains for U.S. businesses; workforce shortages, including the impacts of immigration and AI; and more.
Thirty-five journalists will be selected for this competitive fellowship.
The fellowship will be held in Washington, Sept. 15 to18.
The program covers airfare, hotel costs and some meals for participants.
The deadline is Aug. 18.
