Journalists who want to cover environmental justice can apply for funding.
The National Press Foundation seeks entries for the Kozik Environmental Justice Reporting Grants.
The grants will support journalism in any medium focusing on environmental justice and environmental racism in the United States.
Possible topics include disproportionate harms to disadvantaged communities from pollution, the effects of climate change or other relevant topics affecting vulnerable populations.
Grantees will receive US$10,000 to US$25,000.
The deadline is June 15.
