Students interested in sports journalism can apply for a paid internship.
ESPN and the National Association of Black Journalists (NABJ) are offering a summer internship in memory of Stuart Scott for his contributions to sports journalism.
The 10-week internship includes a $3,500 stipend on behalf of ESPN and the NABJ Sports Task Force dispersed prior to the start of the internship to help defray housing costs.
The awardee will also receive a free trip to the 2022 NABJ Convention & Career Fair in Las Vegas, Nevada on August 3 to 7 that includes: a round-trip flight, convention registration, lodging, and a meal stipend.
Applicants must be an NABJ student member.
The deadline is Feb. 28.
