Posted on Feb 21, 2025 in Representation

Journalists from Latin America, the Caribbean, Asia and Africa, interested in feminist issues and data, can apply for this fellowship.

Equal Measures 2030 (EM2030)'s Storytelling with Data Fellowship is seeking applications from feminist storytellers, journalists and data/gender advocates in the selected regions. The fellowship aims to equip participants with the tools to translate gender data into compelling narratives that influence policy, activism and social change. It also encourages participants to collaborate and co-create projects across regions to highlight shared gender challenges on a global scale.

This six-month fellowship requires a commitment of 120–180 hours and is structured into four key phases between April and September.

Selected fellows will receive mentorship, training and a US$500 stipend each to support their production of two multimedia outputs in a format of their choice, including blogs or articles, videos, podcasts, infographics and social media content.

Apply by March 9.
