The Mobile Film Festival, in partnership with the United Nations and YouTube Creators for Change, is accepting submissions from around the world.

Films must be shot with a mobile phone and include subtitles in their original language via Dotsub.

About 50 videos will be chosen as the official selection. From Nov. 14 to Dec. 4, online visitors will be able to vote for the winners. They will travel to Paris for a week to participate in the awards ceremony.

The grand prize winner in three categories will receive EUR20,000 (US$22,017) to finance the production of a short film and will benefit from the support of a producer to complete the project. Other prizes include best director and screenplay.

The deadline is Oct. 16.
