Journalists age 40 and younger who are proficient in German can apply to participate in this free seminar.
The Saxonian Foundation for Media Education (SSM, in German) will hold a 10-day seminar for journalists from Central and Eastern Europe from Oct. 16 to 27 in Leipzig, Germany.
This year, the seminar participants will discuss the strengths and weaknesses of European media.
Candidates must work in media and be proficient in German. SSM will cover travel expenses, meals, and lodging.
The deadline is Sept. 22.
