Journalists can register for a half-day virtual workshop.
The National Press Club Journalism Institute is hosting the workshop “Structuring Your Story: Master class on organizing narrative, breaking news.” This workshop will explore story structure and strategies for constructing memorable stories on and off deadline.
In addition, the workshop will provide tips and tools for building structures that effectively shape breaking news, feature and investigative stories.
The workshop will be held on Aug. 16.
Tickets are US$65 for National Press Club members and US$75 for general admission.
