Experienced journalists interested in covering social justice issues can apply for this reporting fellowship.
The Knight-Wallace Reporting Fellowship, sponsored by the University of Michigan, will fund reporting projects focused on the major challenges of our time and responses and efforts toward the future.
Ten journalists will be selected for the eight-month program, which includes weekly remote seminars, workshops and guidance. Fellows will not be required to leave their newsrooms or places of work.
The fellowship, which should start in September, provides a US$70,000 and an additional US$10,000 in supplemental support to cover extra costs.
The deadline is July 7.
