Journalists from digital-native and legacy news organizations, independent journalists and others in communities who are already working on information projects can apply.

The John S. Knight Journalism Fellowships at Stanford University is accepting applications for the John S. Knight Community Impact Fellowship program.

Fellows will focus on practical solutions to address the U.S. journalism industry’s long-standing neglect of communities of color.

Ideal candidates have at least five years of experience. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

The deadline is May 27.
