Women journalists specializing in sports, who have graduated within the last three years and live in Mexico, can apply for this virtual training in Spanish.
Somos Versus, in collaboration with the United States and Australia Embassies in Mexico, is organizing a training program to cover the FIFA Women's World Cup 2023. The workshop aims to promote inclusion and ensure the accurate and dignified representation of women and the LGBTQ+ community in Mexican sports media.
Selected candidates must be available between June 12 and Aug. 22 to both participate in the program and cover the World Cup. Classes will be held two days a week, with asynchronous work during the event.
The deadline is June 5.
