Journalists from Ghana, Côte d'Ivoire, Togo, Benin and Nigeria can apply for a fellowship.

The Resilience Fund launches the Journalism Fellowship West Africa. The program supports journalists in investigating illicit economies and instability in West Africa.

Interested applicants must submit proposals that demonstrate a clear understanding of illicit economies within a conflict ecosystem, and show knowledge of local socio-political landscapes.

Seven proposals will be selected and each grantee will receive EUR8,000 for their projects.

The deadline is Aug. 13.
