Documentary filmmakers from all over the world can submit their works to this festival.
The 37th Pärnu Film Festival (International Documentary and Science Film Festival) will take place in Pärnu, Estonia July 3 to 9.
The festival accepts docs of high artistic and scientific value, recording human activities in social, historical or ecological context. New forms of audiovisual expression are preferred.
The main subjects of the festival are: human interest, social issues, art, music, culture, and survival of Indigenous cultures.
The prizes will be awarded in the following categories: Estonian People's Award, International Documentary Competition, Best Docs for Kids, Best Docs by Students, and others.
Entries not in English must include English subtitles.
Submission fee is EUR10 per entry.
The deadline is March 1.
