Full-time or freelance Nigerian journalists can apply for a fellowship.

The Africa Centre for Development Journalism (ACDJ) is accepting applications for its Inequality Reporting Fellowship. The fellowship is a part of ACDJ’s Sub-national Development Data Accountability Reporting Project.

Successful applicants will participate in a two-day intensive training workshop in Lagos and receive four weeks of mentoring.

Fellows will also receive a reporting grant to produce a special report. The reports will be published/broadcast by their media houses and the ACDJ website.

Applicants should have a record of reporting on inequality themes relating to childhood, economic status, education, energy, food and nutrition, and more. Female journalists are encouraged to apply.

The deadline is July 9.
