ICFJ, ARIJ organize webinar on media sustainability in the Arab world [MENA]

Arab journalists around the world can attend this free online event.

In partnership with the International Center for Journalists (ICFJ), the Arab Reporters for Investigative Journalism (ARIJ) is hosting the webinar “Media sustainability in the Arab World: Best Practices and Lessons Learned.”

During the webinar on Nov. 11, Cairo University Associate Professor Mona Abdelmaksoud will discuss key takeaways from the expert toolkit developed by the International Journalists’ Network (IJNet) on media sustainability in the Middle East and North Africa.

Speakers will also include two former mentees from IJNet’s Mentoring Center for media startups in the Middle East and North Africa: Abdul Malek bin Abdullah, the founder of Tunisia’s Radio Mahdia, and Samira Al Duhari, the founder of Algeria’s Voix de Femmes radio station.
