Journalists, journalism students and others can register for this training in Spanish.
Las Raras Podcast (Chile) and the Cultural Center of Spain in El Salvador (CCESV) are launching the workshop "How to create your own sound documentary series" Oct. 14-18 at CCESV in San Salvador.
The workshop will cover topics such as trigger questions, urgency, sound concept, main characters, sources and locations, audio equipment and financing. Also, how to record a story in real time, or how to script a real story taking into account the available material, the narrators, the conflict, the rhythm, etc.
The workshop is free of charge. To apply, candidates must submit a project or idea they would like to work on.
The deadline is Oct. 7.
