Aspiring journalists from underrepresented communities can apply for a scholarship.
The Guardian Foundation is accepting candidates for the Scott Trust Bursaries.
The bursaries cover all tuition fees for an M.A. program in journalism and a stipend of GBP6,000 for living expenses. The program also provides work experience at Guardian News & Media and mentorship.
Those who successfully complete the program may also receive a six-month paid contract at the Guardian.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate that without financial support they would be unable to pursue a master’s program.
The deadline is May 2.
