Journalists based in Cambodia can apply for this grant to cover the rainforests.
The Pulitzer Center through the Southeast Asia Rainforest Journalism Fund (RJF) is accepting grant applications from journalists who report in Cambodia. Journalists, editors, and media organizations are invited to submit proposals on systemic and critical issues concerning rainforests in Cambodia, such as forest management and governance, deforestation, forest degradation, and biodiversity conservation.
The proposal should highlight local voices and have a strong distribution plan in influential local and/or regional news media.
Applications can be submitted in English. Reporting can be done in English or Khmer. Proposals involving collaboration are preferred.
Applications will be considered on a rolling basis.
